To help facilitate our individual and Chapter recording of our fun on the road, we have worked with our sponsoring dealership to streamline the process:

2. Record your miles

    a. Review the Ride 365 information on our website

    b. Download, print and complete the Mileage Form.  We will also have forms available at our monthly Chapter Business meetings at the Officer table.  Key information includes your name, your H.O.G. number, your VIN number and your current mileage.

    c. Take o photo of your odometer for your records and use that mileage on your form.

    d. Turn your forms into the dealership.  This can be done by completing the form and giving it to any Chapter Officer at our monthly Business Meeting -or- handing the form directly in to Brandy at the dealership.

    e. The dealership will date receipt of the form and date the information is reported to National H.O.G. (We will have a paper trail!).

    f. RIDE AND HAVE FUN …and check your own Ride 365 progress as well as your Chapter’s progress.
