I want to remind everyone that our Chapter Business Meeting is Thursday, October 5th at Seacoast Harley-Davidson. The meeting starts at 7 PM, but please come earlier to socialize and buy raffle tickets. We had some really great raffle prizes last month! Speaking of raffle tickets, thank you to Sharon D, Linda B, and Bonnie S for volunteering to sell raffle tickets.
The October L.O.H. Donation Basket will be donated to the Dover Children’s Home. For over 120 years, the Dover Children’s Home (DCH) has been dedicated to enriching the lives of adolescents and strengthening their family relationships through the highest quality of residential treatment services and educational programs. They also accept cash donations, gift cards to Shaws, Hannaford, Market Basket, Walmart, Staples, BJ’s, Shell, Mobile and Citgo. In addition to their monetary gifts and Amazon Wish List, they can always use Forever postage stamps, school lunch snacks (individually wrapped), stainless steel pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, macaroni and cheese, jam and jelly, string cheese, and a few others listed on their website. Remember, ANY Chapter Member can bring any contributions and put them in the raffle bag when you check in.
The October L.O.H. meeting will be held Tuesday, October 10th at The Old Salt in North Hampton at 6:30 PM. Feel free to have dinner with us at starting at 5:30 PM! Check out the agenda below. I hope you’ll join us to contribute your ideas to planning and to making our chapter even better!
